Huawei has officially launched the much awaited smartphone called the Huawei Nova 3 in Nepal. The Nova 3 is the latest mid-range offering from the company, which features the Kirin 970 octa-core processor paired with Mali-G72 MP12 GPU. The smartphone also comes loaded with the new GPU Turbo technology, 3D Qmoji and dual camera setup on both front and back.

Talking about the specifications, the Nova 3 has a 6.3-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels along with 19.5:9 aspect ratio screen. In the inside, it is powered by Huawei’s in-house HiSilicon Kirin 710 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz, coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The phone does support memory expansion via a microSD card up to 256GB. It also includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, Face Unlock and GPU Turbo technology.
On the software front, it operates on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box with EMUI 8.2 skin running on top. It is backed by a massive 3,750mAh battery with support for fast charging. In terms of connectivity, it offers Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz / 5GHz) 2×2 MIMO , Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS + GLONASS and USB Type-C.
On the camera front, the Nova 3 comes with a dual camera setup at the back which includes a 24-megapixel primary sensor and a 16-megapixel secondary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, EIS, HDR and LED Flash. The camera can also record 4k videos at 30fps and 1080@60fps. On the front, there’s also a dual 24MP + 2MP camera setup with f/2.0 aperture.
