After a successful launch of Oppo F5 Black Edition on 5th December in Nepal, Oppo has striked back with yet another promising smartphone the Oppo F5 Youth. The F5 Youth is the base-variant of Oppo F5 targeted for smartphone enthusiastic among young generation. This selfie-centric smartphone goes on sale from 8th December. Oppo F5 Youth does not differ much from its early released Oppo F5. The handset comes with a huge 6.0-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen adjusted alongside 18:9 aspect ratio with minimum bezels. The phone is designed with an aluminum metal unibody with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection upfront. The F5 Youth is powered by Octa-core MediaTek Helio P23 SoC clocked at 2.5GHz which is coupled with a 3GB RAM. The smartphone sports a 32GB internal storage on board which can be further extended up to 256GB via dedicated MicroSD slot.
In the optical section, the back of the phone is covered with a 13MP rear camera having a f/2.2 aperture, phase detection, autofocus and LED Flash. Upfront the phone features an excellent 16MP selfie shooter aided with a built-in Oppo’s AI Beauty mode having f/2.0 and 2.0 μm. Aside from an extraordinary camera setup, the smartphone is backed by a 3200mAh non-removable battery. Moreover, the fingerprint sensor is mounted at the rear and the device runs on Android v7.1 Nougat.

Oppo has gained a lot of popularity since it entered the Nepali mobile market in early May. Oppo F5 Youth comes in two color variant: Rose Gold and Black. The authorized distributor of Oppo in Nepal, Telecell Pvt. Ltd. claims that the phone will go on sales from 8th December onwards. Oppo F5 Youth price in Nepal is Rs 27,990.
