Huawei has unveiled its latest mid-range smartphone- the Nova 4 in China. It is the company’s first phone to come with an in-display front camera. The Huawei Nova 4 also houses a triple rear camera setup and it is powered by old Kirin 970 SoC with support for GPU Turbo 2.0. Speaking of its specifications, it sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD curved glass display with a resolution of 2310 x 1080 pixels and has an 86.3% screen-to-body ratio. Inside, it is powered by an octa-core HiSIlicon Kirin 970 SoC coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB non-expandable internal storage. On the software front, it runs on the latest Android 9 Pie out of the box with EMUI 9.0.1 on top. It is backed by a fine 3750mAh battery with support for fast charging. As for security, the device includes a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well as face unlock feature. In terms of connectivity features, it supports Dual SIM, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.2 LE, GPS, USB Type-C.
As for the cameras, the Nova 4 comes with a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, CAF, EIS, and a 16MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle camera and a 20MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. There’s also a cheap variant available with a 20-megapixel primary sensor. While on the front, it has a 25MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and EIS.

The Huawei Nova 4 is priced at 3099 Yuan (Rs. 50,660) for the 20MP camera variant while the higher 48MP camera variant costs 3399 Yuan (Rs. 55,600). No words on the global launch yet.
