Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has today announced its latest flagship smartphone, the Honor 10 at an event in Shanghai, China. The new Honor 10 follows the similar design language as the Huawei P20 which was unveiled last month in Paris. The smartphone also features an iPhone X -like notch at the front and dual camera setup at the back. The phone will have a starting price of CNY 2,599 for the 6GB+64GB storage variant. In terms of specs, the Honor 10 comes loaded with a 5.84-inch Full-HD+ IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. Internally, Huawei’s own HiSilicon Kirin 970 processor powers the device, paired with 6GB/8GB RAM and 64GB/128GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on the latest Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.1 skin on top. Under the hood, it houses a 3,400 mAh battery with fast charging support which as per the company, can charge the phone up to 50% in just 25 minutes. The phone is also equipped with 7.1 multi-channel Hi-Fi sound quality and front-facing fingerprint sensor. As for the connectivity, the phone supports 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, and a USB Type-C port.
For photography, the phone packs an AI-powered dual (16MP RGB sensor + 24MP Monochrome sensor) camera setup at the back with a f/1.8 aperture and a dual LED flash. The camera also offers bokeh mode and 3D portrait light feature. At the front, it carries a whopping 24-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video-calling.

Price and Availability
The Honor 10 carries a price tag of CNY 2,599 for the 6GB RAM/ 64GB storage variant while the higher 6GB/ 128GB variant costs CNY 2,999. It will available in four color choices- Black, Grey, Mirage Blue, and Mirage Purple. The phone is all set to go on sale in China starting April 27. There’s no word on the global launch yet.
