Today, Realme released its new mid-range smartphone in China under the “V” series named Realme V15 5G. Some of the highlights of the phone include the Dimensity 800U 5G SOC, an AMOLED panel, 50W Fast charging, and 64MP triple camera setup. The price of the phone begins at 1,399 yuan, which translates to approximately Rs.25,500.
The smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a pixel density of 405ppi. Inside, the smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G SOC and comes equipped with a 5G modem paired with 6/8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The phone is fitted with a 4310mAh battery with 50W fast charging support and runs Android 11 based Realme UI 2.0 skin.
Talking about cameras, it features a triple rear camera system that incorporates a 64-megapixel primary lens with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.3 aperture, and a 2-megapixel 4cm macro lens. A 16-megapixel selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture is available for the front.
For the base 6 GB + 128 GB version, the Realme V15 5G is priced at ¥ 1,399 while, the higher 8 GB + 128 GB costs ¥ 1,999. The phone will be available for pre-order beginning on January 7 and will go on sale on January 14 for the first time in China.
